DMCA Policy

Effective date: March 9, 2026

City Hall Wedding respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on cityhall.wedding infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the URL or other specific location on our site where the material appears.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Please submit DMCA takedown notices through our contact page. Include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us containing the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which City Hall Wedding may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability. Please ensure your claim is legitimate before submitting a notice.
